This is my second session with Chelsi
A long time ago I did a test photography session with Chelsi and my wife. Something involving confetti and a back alley. At the time, I thought it was really great and honestly, I still feel like the content is great. However, I had a lot to learn about exposure, color grading, and camera gear. These photos will stay in the “vault” of old pictures that I’m not going to show you. It just goes to show, comparing your work is an essential part of growing in your craft. Even if it makes you faint in the process. For these, we basically just drove around Lake Charles and found random spots for her images and it worked out great!
These images from Chelsi’s college graduation session are great! I’m loving the locations we used as well as the overall mood of the photos! Heck, Chelsi’s dog even got to join in on a few photos! I used my Canon 5d Mark iii and a bag full of lenses that I won’t bore you with.
We’ve had one of the busiest senior photography season we’ve ever had and we can’t help but be extremely grateful for our amazing clients! Chelsi is no exception and her photos are no exception.
Chelsi is graduation from McNeese State University in Lake Charles and is a good friend of my wife and I. Here are a few of my personal favorites from her session around the downtown Lake Charles area. I love how these portraits came out!
